How i work

Most of my clients don't have a product owner or a product manager. I fill that gap: I sit with the business, understand how it really works, and carry the project from the first conversation to production.

Artemis — Voice AI agent · 2026

A bilingual FR/EN voice agent that conducts structured interviews in real time — it listens, asks follow-ups, extracts answers into fields, and emails a summary when the call ends.

Orbital Cluster — Open source · Rust · 2026

A deterministic architecture-contract engine. A codebase declares its own structure in orbital.toml — layers, allowed imports, naming, placement — and the build fails the moment code drifts. Built so coding agents get fix-oriented feedback, with no LLM in the verification path.

V-Control — IT-operations platform · 2025

Built for OCP, a French pharmaceutical distribution group: a production-planning and monitoring platform that automates checks operations teams used to run by hand, orchestrating batch jobs across five monitoring pipelines.

Vital Group’s internal platform for HR, workforce planning, e-learning and security training. Lead engineer: I set the conventions the codebase still runs on and built many of its modules.

Risk Control ERP — ERP · civil engineering · 2023

An ERP for Risk Control, a bureau de contrôle: the independent technical-inspection office that checks construction projects for structural and safety compliance. It runs the business side of their inspection work, built with a Spring Boot REST back end and a React front end.

AI Core

The other half of my work is AI: real-time voice agents, tool-calling pipelines, MCP servers, and Computer Use agents. I treat agents like any other production system — contracts, tests, observability — so they behave the same on the thousandth run as on the first.

  • Independent practice delivering ERP, CRM and HRIS systems end to end.
  • Delivered V-Control for OCP; lead engineer on V-Platform for Vital Group.

  • Core developer on V-Platform (Express + MySQL, React + Vite + Redux).
  • No product owner or manager on the team: worked directly with the business to turn its needs into requirements, then built and shipped them.
  • Implemented Azure AD OAuth2 with PKCE and scope-based access control.
  • Built HR and workforce-planning features and payroll-grade exports.

  • GAMBIT (RAISE Summit hackathon · DeepMind track) — An AI agent that plays a card game through Computer Use, with persistent state and crash-resume. I owned the front end and designed it for agent ergonomics: stable element IDs, oversized hit targets, zero layout shift.
  • MagicUmbrella (SaaS platform) — Outsourcing management: providers submit timesheets, the platform generates client invoices and provider credit notes with configurable commission. Web + React Native mobile.
